Questions & answers
Short, plain answers about what Ace Esports is, what it costs, where the scores come from, and how to get something corrected — written so they can be quoted accurately.
What is Ace Esports?
Ace Esports is a free, browser-based dashboard for professional esports. It puts live match scores, series scores, group standings, the fixture schedule, embedded Twitch video with chat, and a community reaction feed on a single screen, so you can follow a tournament without juggling five browser tabs.
Is Ace Esports free?
Yes. The dashboard is free to use, funded by the ad slots on it. An optional ad-free subscription costs $4.99 per month and hides every ad slot across the dashboard. You can also make a one-time contribution to support the site.
Do I need an account to watch?
No. Live scores, standings, schedules, video and the fan feed are all available without signing in. Connecting a Twitch or YouTube account is optional and only enables taking part in the live chat.
Which esports does Ace Esports cover?
Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, League of Legends, Dota 2 and Overwatch 2. Those are the games our match data source covers, so they are the games the dashboard follows.
How current is the match data?
Every score, fixture and standings row comes from PandaScore. Series that are running right now are refreshed about once a minute; fixtures and results every fifteen minutes. The dashboard shows when it last synced, and when nothing is on air it says so instead of filling the screen.
Can I report a wrong score?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Send the match, the tournament and what looks wrong through the contact form. We check reports against the data source and the organiser and correct the dashboard.
Does Ace Esports show ads?
The dashboard carries a few ad slots, and with no sponsor signed yet they carry our own house ads. They are static panels: no cookies, no tracking and no third-party ad scripts, so they are shown to every visitor whatever you choose about cookies. An active ad-free subscription ($4.99 per month) hides every one of them.
What happens to my data?
Themes, video quality, spoiler-free mode and match alerts are stored in your own browser. There are no advertising trackers and no data brokers. Payments are handled by Stripe, so no card details ever reach Ace Esports.
Is Ace Esports affiliated with the leagues?
No. Ace Esports is an independent, viewer-facing dashboard. It is not a league, tournament organiser or governing body, and it is not affiliated with Riot Games, ESL, Valve, Twitch, PandaScore or any other organiser or data provider. For official records, cite the tournament organiser.
Is the data betting advice?
No. Scores, standings and schedules are editorial and for entertainment only. They may be delayed or corrected, and must not be treated as betting advice.
