Imagine being one map away from losing a grand final. Your opponents have the momentum, the pressure is mounting, and your title defence is hanging by a thread.

FURIA know exactly what that feels like. Their answer against BetBoom? Win two maps in a row and take the trophy.

A final that had everything

FURIA opened with an emphatic 13–6 on Dust2. BetBoom fought back, winning Ancient 19–16 in overtime before taking Nuke 13–9. Suddenly, FURIA trailed 1–2 in the best-of-five.

The response was pure resilience: Mirage 13–11, then Cache 13–6. Five maps, a comeback from behind and a second consecutive Thunderpick title.

KSCERATO delivers

Kaike KSCERATO Cerato earned the tournament MVP award. He had been in outstanding form throughout the event and delivered another strong performance in the final, including an excellent Dust2.

FURIA ended an almost year-long trophy drought and defended the Thunderpick title they won in 2025.

The ACE Take

Plenty of teams look unstoppable when they're ahead. The interesting question is what they do when the match starts slipping away. FURIA were a map from defeat and still found an answer.

BetBoom came close. FURIA finished the job.
